What we need from you…

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO PROTECT YOUR PROPERTY DURING PRODUCTION

Preparations: To ensure a smooth process, please take note of the following preparations: Personal Belongings For assistance with our project, please ensure that you remove, cover, or store any personal belongings at least 18-24 inches away from your backyard walls before your anticipated start date. Refer to the production map. Examples include: • Patio furniture • Potted plants (vines attached to patio walls, shrubbery needs to be cut back 18 inches away from walls) • Decorative lighting • Rugs • BBQs • Bikes • Boxes • Door mats • Retractable awnings, etc. If you have a question regarding an item, please contact Elite directly. Windows and Blinds Please be aware that our crew will not require access to the inside of your home. Ladders may be in use, so it is important to keep your windows and blinds closed for the duration of production. Our Process Rest assured that Elite has the right team to ensure the final product meets your HOA's standards. Trust us with the worry and the precise details. While we always value feedback, we kindly ask that you allow us to finish our work inspection before reaching out to our team members. It is our honor to work at your community. Please do not hesitate to reach out to Elite for any inquiries about the aforementioned items. Please be on the lookout for a red door knocker. A team member will place one on your door at least 48 hours in advance to our arrival. This notice will only be used for certain areas of production.

As a friendly reminder
Construction sites can get messy, so please be aware of your surroundings during our production hours. While we strive to maintain a clean work environment, debris is inevitable. Rest assured, our crew will clean up the work area by the end of each working day to minimize disruption and ensure safety.
Dumpster and Storage
While on the premises, Elite is permitted to use a specified area for dumpsters and storage containers. We ask that you do not dispose of personal items in our dumpster. Unauthorized disposal may incur a fine of $600 payable to the HOA.
